Audit Senior Andover Hybrid Working Competitive, based on experience I am working with a well-established accountancy practice in Andover to recruit an Audit Senior as part of continued growth within their Audit team.

This role offers hands-on responsibility across a varied audit portfolio, client exposure, and a clear pathway for progression within practice.

The Role Planning, leading and delivering audit assignments from start to completion Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members Preparing statutory accounts and audit files in line with UK standards Acting as the main point of contact for clients during audits Liaising with managers and partners to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Supporting the development and training of junior staff Candidate Profile ACA / ACCA qualified or actively studying Previous UK audit experience within an accountancy practice (essential) Experience leading audits on-site or remotely Strong knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards Good communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines What’s on Offer Competitive salary dependent on experience Study support (if applicable) Clear progression to Audit Manager Supportive team environment and ongoing training Hybrid and flexible working options Next Steps This opportunity would suit an Audit Senior looking to step into a more responsible role within a growing and supportive practice.
