Administrative Assistant - Company Secretarial Make an Impact at RSM UK

Our Finance Function Support team is a fast-growing national service line, dedicated to helping private businesses across the UK manage their finance operations more effectively. As part of this team, you’ll be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking group that supports clients with their day-to-day finance needs, compliance, and strategic growth.

You will be a key member of the growing Company Secretarial national team, with a focus on providing administrative support to the senior management team along with providing general company secretarial compliance support to our clients.

You’ll make an impact by:

By joining our Finance Function Support team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact—as part of this role you will be expected to support the management team with:

  • drafting client proposals (for which an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is essential);
  • attending to and coordinating diary management for internal and external meetings;
  • attending to the team’s incoming and outgoing post;
  • assisting with client ledger management and raising client fee notes;
  • attending to internal filing matters and client filings with Companies House;
  • assisting with client onboarding matters and preparing letters of engagement; and
  • any other ad hoc matters of an administrative nature required from time to time.

  • Education to at least A Level standard or equivalent, with at least grade B GCSE Level in English Language and Maths.
  • An ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team.
  • An ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (with high competency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
