Position: Project Administrator

Location: Guildford Surrey

Job Type: permanent, full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (start times to be discussed on interview)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Benefits: 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays); health cash plan; onsite parking; auto enrolment pension scheme; friendly working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support planning team in all daily scheduling aspects.
  • Track progress against established schedules and identifying potential delays or risks to the project team.
  • Preparing and distributing reports and updates for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Using various IT and database systems.
  • Accepts extra duties as situations arise.
About You
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in the water industry is preferred but is not essential.
