Vehicle Sales Administrator

We are currently looking for a Vehicle Sales Administrator to join the team at Mercedes-Benz of Guildford. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have excellent administrative, numeracy and PC skills and enjoy working independently. Key Accountabilities As Sales Administrator you will need to ensure that the following duties are performed to the highest standards:
Process New and Used orders placed by our customers Provide updates to internal and external parties Raise relevant documentation for customers Provide weekly updates to sales staff on current orders Process New, Used and Fleet vehicles Upload finance documents Ensure vehicles are paid in full by customers prior to taxing Taxing of both new and used vehicles Raise internal requests for vehicle pre delivery inspection and additional agreed work Assist with bringing site purchases into stock Registering service plans Key Skills Professional personal manner and committed to providing first class customer service Good written and verbal communication skills
