Service Contract Administrator – Guildford, WA

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Service Contract Administrator based at our Guildford Head Office to support our national branches with the smooth, accurate and efficient management of service contracts and connected service subscriptions.

• Create, cost and prepare service contract documents for branches and dealers
• Manage and control documentation for Customer Service Agreements (CSA’s)
• Reconcile and process subscription services
• Support the service department with general administration
• Document work processes and routines within the service department

• Strong analytical and methodical approach
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Adaptable team player with a positive attitude
• Understanding of service terminology (advantageous, not essential)
