Main duties will be to answer the telephone, to provide administrative and clerical support and carry out general reception duties., To provide full administrative and clerical support to the ward team and medical staff. To be a full member of the ward team, and assist in the smooth running of the ward. The role is to be agreed with the ward manager to meet the needs of the service.

We are looking for flexible, enthusiastic, committed and hardworking person to join our medicine ward Reception team. This environment will provide successful candidates with opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge on our busy medicine wards. Motivated candidates will be supported to work with the clinical teams providing administrative and clerical support to the medical staff.

This is a substantive position that offers flexible shifts 3pm to 8pm every Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday across Medicine wards.
