We’re looking for a Medical Administrator to join a specialist education setting supporting autistic children and young adults
.

This is far more than an administration role.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring pupils receive the right medical support, records are accurate, staff are appropriately trained and parents, healthcare professionals and school teams are kept informed.

You’ll be responsible for a varied mix of medical and administrative duties, including:

• Coordinating medication records and procedures
• Supporting first aid and medical incident reporting
• Liaising with parents, healthcare professionals and external agencies
• Organising medical training and refresher sessions
• Monitoring medical supplies and equipment
• Providing wider administrative and reception support when required

You don't necessarily need to have worked in a school before. We're looking for someone who is:
Organised. Reliable. Calm. Compassionate. Proactive.

You’ll need strong administration and IT skills, excellent communication abilities and the confidence to manage sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

Experience with in a medical, healthcare, education or care environment would be advantageous.
