Job Summary
Expleo is recruiting skilled automotive Preppers and Vehicle Polishers for our prestigious client based in Surrey. The role requires delivering the highest standard in bespoke preparation and encourages involvement in improving team performance in quality, cost control, productivity, and safety.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality prep and polish for automotive vehicles.
- Contribute to the team's improvement of performance, quality and cost control, productivity, and safety.
- Previous automotive prep, paint and polish experience (essential).
- No formal qualifications required; a foundation in engineering or experience in automotive or manufacturing is advantageous.
- Specific skills for some positions (e.g., composite lay-up & repair, diagnostics, mechanical vehicle repair, bare metal repair).
- Experience working as part of a team (desirable).
- Experience working to timescales (advantageous).
- Quality-focused mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
