The Rewards
- Salary: Up to £37,000 basic per year (DOE) with uncapped OTE reaching approximately £44,300.

YourRole
As a core Vehicle Technician in our Guildford team, you will:
- Servicing & Maintenance: Conduct vehicle health checks, manufacturer inspections, oil changes, tyre rotations, and fluid top‑ups.
- Mechanical Repair: Carry out minor repairs, accessory fitting, and basic electrical and mechanical component replacements.
- Diagnostics: Use diagnostic equipment to efficiently identify, investigate, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Quality Control: Test drive vehicles to verify fault rectification, supporting warranty repairs and customer requests efficiently.
- Documentation: Complete all relevant workshop paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accurate record‑keeping.

WhatYou Need
- Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Key Strengths: Self‑motivated team player with a strong commitment to high standards and an enthusiasm for continuous development.
- Licensing: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.
Based at our main dealership facility in Guildford, our workshop is perfectly located for a straightforward daily commute for anyone travelling from Woking, Aldershot, Farnham, Godalming, Cranleigh, Leatherhead, Bracknell, and the surrounding Surrey or Hampshire areas.
