The Opportunity

Are you a qualified Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester looking for your next opportunity with a successful and growing automotive business?

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealer group seeking an experienced technician to join their busy workshop team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with modern equipment, manufacturer training programmes, and a supportive team environment.

• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults efficiently and accurately
• Carry out servicing to manufacturer standards
• Conduct MOT testing and vehicle inspections
• Complete Electronic and Video Health Checks
• Perform vehicle road tests for diagnosis and quality control
• Liaise with Service Advisors regarding repair progress
• Support customers with technical explanations when required
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance

• Level 3 Automotive Qualification
• Valid MOT Tester Licence
• Previous workshop experience within a franchised dealership environment
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• £30,000 basic salary with uncapped OTE
