Fast Fit Technician

Our client, a reputable family-run automotive garage in Guildford, is seeking a skilled Fast Fit Technician to join their dedicated team.

• - Perform tyre fitting to a high standard, including emergency puncture repairs and fitting of runflat and EV tyres
• - Conduct wheel alignments (training provided; preferred but not essential)
• - Carry out vehicle health checks and fault diagnoses
• - Conduct routine repairs such as brake replacements, exhaust fitting, and air conditioning servicing
• - Liaise with customers to explain required work and promote additional services
• - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
• - Stay up-to-date with automotive technology advancements and participate in training sessions

• - Enthusiastic and experienced tyre technician or fast fit mechanic
• - Strong technical skills in tyre fitting and basic mechanical repairs
• - Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• - Knowledge of wheel alignment, brakes, exhaust systems, and air conditioning (desirable)
• - Excellent customer service skills and proactive approach
• - Willingness to learn and engage in manufacturer training
• - Previous experience working within automotive garages or service centres
