Parts Advisor

We are currently recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor on behalf of a reputable main dealership in Aldershot, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade professional seeking to advance their career within a well-established organisation. Our client offers a supportive working environment with prospects for progression and stability.

Benefits of the Parts Advisor:

• Competitive basic salary of 28,000 to 30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Potential to earn up to 34,000 including bonuses and incentives
• Monday to Friday working week, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, with no weekend shifts

Duties of the Parts Advisor:

• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Managing parts sales and efficiently processing orders
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
• Assisting technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries
• Ensuring all parts transactions are completed accurately and professionally
• Supporting the overall efficient operation of the parts department

Requirements of the Parts Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade industry
• Strong understanding of vehicle parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work within a team
• Confidence in using dealership management and parts software
