We are representing a reputable, family-run garage in Guildford seeking an experienced MOT Tester for a part-time role. Conducting Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations
Ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental standards before passing
Carrying out basic mechanical repairs and diagnostics as required outside MOT testing days
Assisting with vehicle inspections and diagnostic procedures
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each vehicle tested
Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Requirements:

Valid MOT Tester qualification (Class
4)
Proven experience performing MOT tests within a professional environment
Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and mechanical work
Strong attention to detail and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organisation and record-keeping skills
