• Gather and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and process reviews.
• Analyse data to identify insights that support decision‑making and operational improvement.
• Prepare user stories, process documentation and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to shape solutions and enhance existing systems.
• Support software rollout activities, ensuring smooth delivery and clear documentation.

• Strong background in business and systems analysis within professional services.
• Experience working with case management, practice management or workflow systems.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and translating business needs into technical solutions.
