· Creating, monitoring, and refining KPIs across Housing Services.
· Ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting.
· Supporting the production of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) and other regulatory submissions.
· Contributing to the development of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
· Identifying opportunities to automate reporting and improve data accessibility.
· Providing ad-hoc analysis and clear, accessible insight to non-technical audiences.
What you’ll bring
Essential:
· Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in data analytics, statistics, BI, or a related field.
· Strong experience using Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
· Confident working with databases, spreadsheets, and BI systems.
· Solid understanding of performance frameworks and KPI development.
· Ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable:
· Experience in housing, local government, or wider public sector services.
· Knowledge of housing performance measures, TSMs, and regulatory standards.
· Understanding of social housing legislation and regulatory frameworks.
· Experience with housing management systems and data quality governance.
· Data warehouse experience.
Skills & attributes
· Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability.
· Excellent problem-solving and numerical skills.
· Clear, confident communicator able to translate data into meaningful insight.
· Highly organised with strong project management skills.
· Able to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
· High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
