Places for People is recruiting a Property Assessor to join our Asset Compliance team. This field-based role will deliver safety, compliance and property inspections across our portfolio, ensuring homes and communal areas remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
The role requires travelling to sites and producing high-quality reports. Essential is a Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification, plus a full UK driving licence and strong IT/reporting capabilities.
