Productivity Lead – Operational Processes, Data and Technology Responsibilities
- Lead quality, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across data or technology‑enabled processes.
- Generate insight and support decision‑making using tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel or comparable platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, quality controls, data assurance and overall process performance.
- Support teams to test, implement and embed new systems, tools or ways of working.
- Carry out productivity analysis, including time‑and‑motion studies, to identify where effort can be reduced.
- Track benefits, report outcomes and document process changes clearly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to build confidence, alignment and momentum for change.
- Drive operational processes, logistics and supplier management initiatives where applicable.
- Experience using data to understand performance, identify issues and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel or similar insight and reporting tools.
- Background working with digital, operational or technology‑enabled processes.
- Understanding of quality controls, data assurance or process‑driven environments.
- Experience applying project and change‑management approaches to deliver lasting improvements.
- Ability to translate insight into clear, practical improvements for people and processes.
- 35‑hour working week with flexible, hybrid work schedule.
- 25 days’ annual leave, rising to 30, plus Christmas closure days.
