A property and construction consultancy is seeking a career-focused, articulate Senior Quantity Surveyor with Associate-level ambition to join their head office in Surrey.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
Working alongside the leadership team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on, delivering projects from feasibility through to completion.
At the same time, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be given the opportunity to support business growth and progress into a senior management position.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
MRICS is preferred, but not essential
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Based in Surrey and able to commute freely
Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Worked within a construction consultancy /PQS practice
Client facing, ambitious, career driven
