• Provide regular reports on project financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Deliver projects on time

• Experience as a Quantity surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts
• Background in Groundworks / CIvil engineering / Utilities or Water Infrastructure
• Willing to work on site 4 days a week and travel
