An established and growing principal contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support a strong pipeline of projects across South Central. Operating across commercial, rail, retail and refurbishment sectors, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, collaboration and client satisfaction.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
Projects may include:
* Commercial refurbishments
* Fit-out works
* Rail-related construction projects
* M&E infrastructure upgrades
* New build and refurbishment schemes
Responsibilities
* Managing subcontractors and site teams
* Overseeing health & safety compliance
* Coordinating site logistics and programme delivery
* Conducting site meetings and reporting progress
* Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout delivery
* Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
* Managing materials, labour and site documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or fit-out
* Background working for a main contractor or principal contractor
* Experience delivering commercial, rail, refurbishment or infrastructure projects
* SMSTS, CSCS, PTS and First Aid certifications
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple stakeholders
