Covering the Surrey & Berkshire region
, this is an opportunity to step into a busy, well-established market with strong client demand and real scope to grow your desk.

This is a 360 recruitment role
, specialising in permanent placements across Construction Production roles
, including:

• Site Managers
• Project Managers
• Contracts Managers
• Assistant to Senior-level operational staff

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing relationships with regional main contractors, developers, and subcontractors
• Identifying and winning new business across Surrey & Berkshire
• Delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within the production space
• Growing your desk with the support of an established brand and experienced team

• Established presence across the region with existing client relationships and PSLs
• Supportive, collaborative office environment in Guildford
• Opportunity to build a strong regional desk with autonomy

• Experience in construction recruitment (permanent or temp)
• Interest or experience in white collar / production roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
