An expanding, locally based Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a mouldable Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Surrey office.
The Graduate Quantity Surveyor's role- Assist on a variety of projects including industrial, healthcare, residential, and hotels.
- Carry out pre- and post-contract tasks.
- Attend site visits.
- Begin APC training.
- Support the close-knit QS team on day-to-day project tasks.
- Completed or in final stages of completing a Quantity Surveying degree.
- Based in the Surrey area.
- Valid driving licence and access to a car.
- Quantity Surveying work experience is a plus.
- Strong desire to achieve MRICS.
- Hard‑working, proactive, and polite.
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
