Residential Surveyor

• Residential Surveyor – Basingstoke
• £45,000 – £55,000 plus package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join a growing and well-regarded firm delivering high-quality residential surveying services. This role will be based in the Basingstoke area and could involve covering North Hampshire, Reading/Berkshire or Guildford/Surrey.

The role offers a strong pipeline of work, professional autonomy and the support of an established brand. You’ll be responsible for delivering RICS Level 2 & 3 Home Surveys and Red Book valuations, working independently while maintaining high professional standards.

• Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
• Carrying out RICS Red Book valuations (non-lender)
• Producing clear, accurate and well-structured reports
• Managing your own workload and diary efficiently
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
• Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and CPD requirements

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
• Proven experience delivering Level 2 and Level 3 surveys
• Experience undertaking Red Book valuations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident working independently
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• RICS Registered Valuer desirable but not essential

• £45,000 – £55,000 base salary (pro rata)
