Bellway is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager in the Southern Counties division, based in Redhill, to lead our commercial team and help shape the performance of busy bulk-housing projects.
You'll work with senior colleagues on cost control, procurement, valuations, margins and land appraisals, using COINS as a core reporting tool, and have the opportunity to transition from a Senior Quantity Surveyor into broader commercial leadership.
