Surrey Quantity Surveyor | 50,000 Plus Package | Surrey A Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a medium sized developer in Surrey This developer has got a strong track record for their high quality of work and have got a lot of repeated work from clients.

The project is working on a range of different residential projects valuing up to 20mIdeal candidate3-5 years’ experience.

BSc degree in quantity surveyor or a relevant construction qualification.

Good data skills.

RICS membership is required.

Residential developer experience is required.

Line management skills is desirable.

Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages.

Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.

Valid driving licence is desirable.

CSCS card at an appropriate level.

Responsibilities Making sure that the SHEQ standards by the clients policies are understood and followed at all times.

Understand their ways of working making sure that the processes are used in your daily duties.

Acting in a professional manner in everything you do as you will be representing the company and keeping their high reputation.
