You will own monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and management of contracts and variations, ensuring schemes are delivered within agreed budgets and programmes.
Primarily site-based, the role includes regular valuations and project reviews. You will work with Project Managers and fellow QSs, shaping the commercial strategy and financial control
