Rob Phone: A leading, highly reputable Main Contractor that undertake a range of projects within multiple sectors have an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector up to 5m.The company have been around for a very long time and have a great reputation within the industry.
They turnover circa 50m and deliver projects in London, as well as the Home Counties. As a business, they carry out a range of work including new build, internal and external refurbishments, fit-out and alteration projects, between 100,000 and 10m in value, with a range of public and private clients.
They have recently been awarded a number of projects as part of a 4 year framework agreement within the education sector, carrying out a range of new build and refurbishment projects to schools and academies in the Southern Counties.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based from their offices in Redhill, Surrey, overseeing projects across the Southern Home Counties. They have a project due to start soon in Kent, and further projects are due to commence within Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire in the near future.
Experience:
Track record working on education projects for a reputable main contractor
Experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to 5m in value
Understand the 2-stage D&B procurement route
Able to oversee multiple projects concurrently
Presentable with strong client facing skills
Excellent man management skills
