Senior Designer; Digital-First

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Designer with a strong digital background to join our growing creative team. Based out of our Hampshire studio, you’ll create impactful, design-led solutions across a wide range of projects and brands. While digital design will be your core strength, you’ll also bring an appreciation for beautifully crafted print work when needed.

As part of our collaborative studio, you’ll work alongside a talented team of designers, motion designers, developers, and creative directors – bringing bold creative ideas to life across multiple platforms.

• Conceptualise and craft high-quality design solutions across digital and print media.
• Drive digital-first design thinking, ensuring innovative, user-focused outcomes.
• Lead and mentor other designers, elevating creative standards within the team.
• Present and pitch ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Champion the standard of craft in the design team
• Deliver bold, standout work for leading global brands.

• A passionate, ideas-driven designer with a strong grasp of creative storytelling.
• Highly skilled in digital design, UI/UX principles, and modern design trends.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma (some motion design experience is a plus).
• Able to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong communicator – confident in sharing and presenting ideas.
• Always curious, staying ahead of trends in digital design, branding, and culture.
• A strong leader who thrives on taking ownership of projects

(Preferably with an influential B2B portfolio)

• Work hybrid—3 days in our Bramley studio and up to 2 days remotely.
