Vines of Gatwick is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your role

Are you passionate about premium cars and providing exceptional customer service?

As a Service Advisor at Vines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination between the customer and our workshop whilst their vehicle is booked in for service. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians to facilitate a smooth process while upholding Vines high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing
  • Be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service - providing a warm welcome and clear guidance.
  • Explain recommended services in a way that’s transparent and easy to understand, including costs and timelines.
  • Prepare accurate invoices and quotes, ensuring clarity and trust at every step.
  • Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and keep customers updated on progress.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, handling queries and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
  • Enhance the experience by recommending additional services and products where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions.
Your profile
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is ideal, especially within a BMW dealership or premium automotive brand.
  • A natural communicator with strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Professional, courteous, and confident in handling challenging situations.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using IT systems (training on our in-house systems will be provided).
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
