About the roleWe're looking for a motivated and organised Software Onboarding Executive with a second European language (Italian, Spanish, or French ideally) to join our Customer Success team and play a key role in helping customers get the very best from our software.
This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role in a growing B2B software business, perfect for someone who enjoys structure, working with people, and seeing projects through from start to finish with plenty of support from experienced colleagues along the way.
What you'll be doingAt the start, your main focus will be supporting customers as they migrate from on‑premise systems to our cloud platform – a hugely important part of our growth journey. As you build confidence and experience, there’s real scope to expand into onboarding new customers and supporting additional products.
You’ll be a trusted guide for customers during onboarding, keeping things organised, moving, and positive.
