Senior Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a qualified Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable, family-run automotive service centre located in Guildford, Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor seeking to advance their career within a professional workshop environment. Duties of a Service Advisor:

Managing workshop bookings and work flow independently
Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers
Advising customers on required work and scheduling services
Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims
Maintaining long-term customer relationships
Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy
Enhancing customer experience through attentive and proactive service
Handling all customer interactions independently

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
Self-motivated, proactive, and professional demeanor
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
