Senior Service Advisor

We are recruiting for a qualified Service Advisor on behalf of a reputable, family-run automotive service centre located in Guildford, Surrey. • Competitive salary in the £30,000 - £35,000 range, dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday working hours, 8am - 5.30pm

• Managing workshop bookings and work flow independently
• Providing accurate estimates for costs and repair times to customers
• Advising customers on required work and scheduling services
• Ordering parts and processing invoicing and warranty claims
• Maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Ensuring the reception and workspace remain professional and tidy
• Enhancing customer experience through attentive and proactive service
• Handling all customer interactions independently

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Ability to work confidently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good automotive knowledge and understanding of workshop processes
• Self-motivated, proactive, and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
