Join The Team Behind An Outstanding Student Experience.
At Surrey Students' Union, we're on a mission to make sure every student has the best Surrey life. Representing over 17,000 students, we champion student voice, create opportunities to get involved, celebrate diversity, and help shape an outstanding university experience. Ranked among the UK's top 10 Students' Unions, we're proud of our inclusive culture, collaborative team, and the real difference we make every day.
We're looking for a Student Voice Coordinator who is passionate about listening to students, uncovering meaningful insights, and turning feedback into action.
As part of our Voice Zone, you'll play a key role in ensuring students' voices influence decisions across both the Students' Union and the University. Working with projects including our Course Rep Scheme, Student Equality Networks, Union elections, Speak Week and Student Voice Forum, you'll gather, analyse and communicate student feedback, helping to shape improvements that matter.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and people in equal measure. You'll transform feedback into clear, actionable insights, support student-led representation, and make sure students know how their voices are driving real change.
If you're organised, analytical, an excellent communicator, and motivated by making a lasting impact on the student experience, we'd love to hear from you.
