We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team in Guildford. This is a varied role where you'll be the key point of contact for customers, engineers and service partners, ensuring enquiries and service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys problem-solving, working as part of a team and providing an exceptional customer experience.

This is a temp to perm position so we are looking for candidate who can start immediately or with a week's notice.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues via phone and email.
• Coordinating engineer appointments and ensuring service visits are arranged promptly.
• Liaising with external service partners and internal technical teams to ensure jobs are completed.
