German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location:
Guildford, Surrey - Hybrid (2 days per week in the office after training) Salary: £27,000-£32,000 DOE + Discretionary Annual Bonus
Contract:
Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an established international business based in Guildford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and delivering excellent service. You will support customers across the UK and Europe, working within a friendly and collaborative team.
The Role- Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in German and English
- Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking and UK customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently
- Support reporting and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
- Provide a consistently high standard of customer service
- Fluent German and English are essential
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support or client services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries over the phone and via email
- Experience using CRM, ERP or customer management systems
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience supporting international customers would be advantageous
- Previous experience with technical product enquiries or B2B/B2C customers would be beneficial
- £27,000-£32,000 DOE
- Discretionary annual bonus
