Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an established international business based in Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships, resolving queries and delivering excellent service. You will support customers across the UK and Europe, working within a friendly and collaborative team.

The Role Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in German and English Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking and UK customers Resolve customer queries, complaints and service-related issues professionally Build and maintain strong customer relationships Maintain accurate customer records using internal systems Work closely with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently Support reporting and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction Provide a consistently high standard of customer service About You Fluent German and English are essential Previous experience in customer service, customer support or client services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach Comfortable handling customer enquiries over the phone and via email Experience using CRM, ERP or customer management systems Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Experience supporting international customers would be advantageous Previous experience with technical product enquiries or B2B/B2C customers would be beneficial What's on Offer £27,000–£32,000 DOE Discretionary annual bonus Hybrid working – just 2 days per week in the office after training Free onsite parking Birthday off 2 additional days off at Christmas  automatic increase of holiday with years of service Supportive and friendly working environment Long-term career development opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a German speaker looking to develop their career within an international customer service environment.
