Part-time, fixed-term (6 months) Guildford Dental Centre

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Dental Receptionist to join our welcoming team at Guildford Dental Centre. This is a part-time, fixed-term role, ideal if you want to gain hands‑on experience in a dental setting. While the contract is for six months, there may be opportunities to stay within the wider business, as we’re part of a growing group with practices across the UK.

• Part-time hours: 3 days per week - Monday, Thursday and Friday 7:45am to 5:00pm
• Great location: A well-established private, four-surgery practice directly opposite Guildford train station
• Fixed-term security:
  Contract running until Friday 28 August 2026
• A chance to gain insight and experience in the dental industry, even if you’re new to it

• Welcoming patients and being their first point of contact
• Managing appointment bookings and answering patient queries
• Supporting the clinical team and keeping the reception area running smoothly
• Helping create a calm, professional, and friendly experience for every patient

• Previous dental or healthcare reception experience is helpful, but not essential
• Strong administration skills and confidence working with people
• A calm, organised approach, especially in a busy environment
• Someone friendly, reliable, and keen to learn
