  • Assist with the production of technical design documentation, from early-stage schematics and sketches through to construction documentation.
  • Help translate conceptual designs into detailed, practical, and buildable solutions while maintaining design intent, cost, compliance, and programme requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and development of technical drawing packages, specifications, schedules, and associated documentation.
  • Support coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, public health, and other disciplines.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of Revit models, CAD drawings, PDFs, and other technical information.
  • Review reference information, site documentation, and project materials to support design accuracy.
  • Assist with quality assurance and quality control processes and help identify potential technical or design risks.
  • Work collaboratively with preconstruction, commercial, project management, site teams, consultants, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with maintaining drawing files, document sets, naming conventions, and project information in line with company standards.
  • Develop knowledge of relevant regulations, technical standards, Building Regulations, and CDM requirements.
  • Assist with statutory applications and compliance-related processes.
  • Provide technical information and documentation to support site teams during construction.
  • Attend and shadow site visits, internal meetings, and technical coordination reviews to develop practical construction knowledge.
  • Assist with the preparation of as-built/as-record drawings and associated documentation.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical design, architectural, interior design, or drafting environment, including relevant internship experience.
  • Working knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination tools, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to technical documentation.
  • Good verbal and visual communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an interest in finding practical technical solutions.
  • A genuine willingness to learn technical standards, regulations, construction processes, and industry best practices.
