Senior Design Manager – New Build Residential

This leading Tier 1 residential contractor has a new development project starting in Guildford, Surrey and they require a Design Manager to work alongside a Senior Design Manager on the project.

The project for this Design Manager opportunity is a large, long-term development consisting of houses, apartments and town houses in the centre of Guildford, Surrey.

You will as a Design Manager come from either a construction or architectural trained background and will have worked on significant residential projects before. You will also have shown a stable career history with time spent at recognised contractors or developers on similar projects.

They offer an excellent salary and benefits package and very competitive in todays construction sector. This is to attract highly skilled Design Managers that are perhaps looking to step up to Senior Design Manager within a short time.
