Are you a recent graduate passionate about criminal justice
, mental health
, or social care
? This is your opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in our local school, supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), including ADHD, trauma, and neurodivergence.
- Support students
- Help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re‑engage with education
- Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour
- Work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic, trauma‑informed environment
We welcome:
- Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, or Social Sciences (or non‑graduates with relevant experience)
- Individuals with a strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care
- Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection before content
Experience with children or young people is beneficial, but not essential—
