Learning Support Assistant – Special Needs Schools (Surrey)

Across Surrey | Pay: £101.40 – £115 per day | Term-Time Only

Milk Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our network of SEND schools across Surrey. You’ll support pupils with a wide range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning challenges
, helping them access education, develop skills, and achieve their full potential.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll provide hands-on support in the classroom and beyond. This might include 1:1 support, working in small groups, or assisting teachers with tailored learning activities. You’ll help children engage with their learning, build confidence, and navigate challenges, all while being a calm and consistent presence in their school day.

You’ll also work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to ensure each child receives the support they need. Every small win matters, and your encouragement can make a huge difference in a child’s life.
