At Milk Education, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Learning & Behaviour Mentors to support SEN pupils within mainstream schools across Surrey. This rewarding role involves working with children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech & language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, psychology graduates, youth workers, or anyone passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Helping students regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
• Encouraging communication, confidence, and social development
• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals
• Supporting pupils both in and outside of the classroom

• Valuable experience within SEN and specialist education settings
• Hands‑on experience supporting children with additional needs
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• A strong pathway into teaching, educational psychology, therapy, or social work
