As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you’ll support students and help them regulate emotions, build resilience, re‑engage with education, use restorative practices, and work alongside therapists and staff in a holistic trauma‑informed environment.

• Support students with social, emotional, & mental health needs.
• Help students regulate emotions and build resilience.
• Use restorative practices to encourage positive behaviour.
• Work with team to create a trauma‑informed environment.

• Graduates in Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work, Social Sciences, or relevant experience.
• Strong interest in justice, neurodiversity, and restorative care.
• Calm, empathetic communicators who value connection.
• Experience with children or young people beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
