The Role - Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Guildford)
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to support students across KS3 and KS4. As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide in-class support to students and teachers
* Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions
* Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEND, EAL, or SEMH)
* Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff
