We are seeking aspiring teachers to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on classroom experience while working alongside experienced teachers and mentors.

• Work across various subject departments, based on your strengths and interests
• Support teaching and learning in the classroom and small group settings
• Receive high-quality training and mentoring
• Develop your understanding of pedagogy and behaviour management
• Be supported to progress onto a teacher training programme (e.g. PGCE, School Direct, or salaried route)

We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines who:

• Hold (or are on track to achieve) a bachelor's degree
• Are passionate about working with young people
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Are committed, resilient, and eager to learn
• May be considering a career in teaching but want experience first
