Minimum Requirements:
  • Flexibility, resilience, and a positive approach to supporting learners
  • School, nursery, or education-based experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of UK SEN settings (desirable)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
  • Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress
  • Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events
