Salary: Day rate - £107.00-£115.00 (dependent on experience)

, we're passionate about connecting exceptional people with rewarding careers in education. We are currently recruiting SEND Support Workers to work in welcoming and inclusive schools, supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This is a fantastic opportunity for compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

As a SEND Support Worker, you'll work closely with teachers and school staff to provide tailored support for students with a range of additional needs. Your role will be vital in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Assisting pupils with autism (ASC), ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH, speech and language needs, and other additional needs.
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.
• Supporting students both in the classroom and during wider school activities.
• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver personalised support.
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
• Promoting safeguarding and the wellbeing of every young person.
