As a Graduate Cover Supervisor
, you'll deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, and more. No subject specialism is required, making this the perfect opportunity to gain broad classroom experience and build confidence working with young people.

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Deliver lesson instructions left by the class teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students in completing the work set by the teacher.
• Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated, and focused throughout lessons.
• Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
• Follow school behaviour, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.

You won't be expected to plan lessons or mark work, allowing you to focus on developing your classroom management skills and gaining valuable school-based experience.
