Behaviour Mentorsto join their team from September.

This full-time, long-term opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and are looking to build a rewarding career within education.

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural and emotional support.
• Build positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and personal development.
• Support teachers in maintaining a calm, structured and productive learning environment.
• Help implement behaviour support strategies and individual behaviour plans.
• Promote positive behaviour and support students in overcoming barriers to learning.

• Experience working with children or young people within a school or educational setting.
• Confident, resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
• A background in sport, coaching, mentoring or youth work would be highly advantageous.

• Full-time, long-term positions starting in September.
• Competitive daily rate of £110 per day.
• Ongoing support from both the school and Pertemps Education.
• Valuable experience within specialist SEMH education.
