• Mandatory experience supporting learners with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and SEN
• At least 12 months of teaching or tutoring experience
• In progress of or completed a bachelor's degree, plus completed A-Levels
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Proven ability to adapt curricula, support multi-sensory strategies, and manage complex physical or communication needs
• A compassionate, nurture-focused approach to learning

While both in-person and online tutoring is offered, all candidates must attend an in-person interview and vetting process
. You must be based within reasonable travelling distance of Surrey (or surrounding operating areas) to be considered.
